What we collect
When you start a project with us, we collect what you tell us in the intake form — your name, contact details, and project requirements — plus basic analytics data (pages visited, referrer, browser) needed to keep the site working well.
How we use it
Project details are used only to scope and deliver your project. Contact details are used to reach you about that project and, if you opt in, occasional studio updates. We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
Where it’s stored
Data is stored on infrastructure we control, with access limited to the people working on your project. It is retained for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet reasonable business-record obligations, then deleted.
Third parties
We use a small number of processors to run this site and business — hosting, email delivery, and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Each is bound to use your data only to provide that service to us.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email hello@webworksafrica.pro and we’ll action it promptly.
Cookies
We use only the minimum cookies and local storage needed to keep your form progress saved between visits. No third-party ad tracking.
