Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Scope of work

Every project starts with a written scope — pages, features, and deliverables — agreed before work begins. Anything outside that scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately.

Payment

Projects are billed in milestones: a deposit to begin, progress payments tied to delivery stages, and a final payment on handover. Work is paused if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue.

Intellectual property

Ownership of the final, delivered code and design transfers to you on full payment. We retain the right to reuse general-purpose components, tooling, and know-how developed along the way.

Timelines

Timelines quoted at the start of a project assume timely feedback and content from you. Delays on your side push the delivery date by the same amount.

Revisions

Each milestone includes a reasonable round of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional rounds, or changes outside scope, are billed at our standard rate.

Liability

We build to a professional standard and stand behind our work, but we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Our liability is capped at the fees paid for the relevant project.

Termination

Either party can end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work completed to that point; we hand over everything built so far.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
